A yoga class for everyone, both for the experienced and the ones who have never tried it before. Through the practice of yoga we will work on getting out of our heads and bring awareness back into our bodies, by meditation, breath work and flows of movements. The focus in the classes will be to work on strength, balance, and flexibility inspired by yoga practices such as vinyasa flows, hatha and yin yoga, combined with some playful elements.
**Please bring your own yoga mat.** Please note that it is not possible to withdraw from the class during the summer season.
